Easter is literally God’s Gift to save you and me from death! Most people when asked the meaning of Easter do not grasp its true meaning. Are you confident that you are truly grasping the meaning of Easter? Without Easter, we will die without hope. With Easter, God has made a way for us to live forever. Quite a shocking difference. It is absolutely critical that you understand why Christ rose from the dead.
Death is universal, we are all going to die, is there any problem bigger than that? Our life here will not be the end of our life. Our souls are eternal and we will live in heaven or hell forever. But, Easter is God’s spectacular answer to this problem. God loves us so much that He sent Jesus to die for us on Good Friday to be raised for us on Easter Sunday. Christ put death to death through His Resurrection! If you believe that Christ was raised on your behalf, you will be raised with Him into victory!
In a most encouraging Easter video below, David Jeremah explains more in a message titled “Why the Resurrection”.
