One of the foremost voices in the Catholic church is Ralph Martin who addresses the issue of condemnation in the video below. Every human being has fallen short of the perfect and holy will of God. That reality makes us all sinners. We are guilty and we are deserving condemnation since the wages of any sin is death. Our sins – past, present and future – must be removed in order for us to enter heaven. How can the all of our failures be completely removed? Only one Answer….Jesus Christ.
Without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness of sin. A blood payment is required by God to take our sins away. That Blood is Christ’s perfect sacrifice on the cross. Your sins are paid in full and you are no longer under condemnation IF YOU BELIEVE the WORD OF GOD. That is the message delivered by Ralph. Believing God makes His forgiveness ours. We receive complete pardon for sin since Christ paid for every single one of them.
